Writer,mother and a Little Obsessed With Disney.

I first arrived on Hubpages in 2007 but have to admit that at that time I did what many do. Wrote a couple of hubs and left! Now the benefit of hindsight is always a great thing but I really should have stuck around then. Now back and with a growing but fully controllable compulsion to write Hubpages I am having a great time being back.

My journey to making a living online was a path with twists and turns. My career of "choice" was as a lawyer. About 2 weeks as a trainee made me start to rethink things a little. Realizing that my entry to the legal profession was almost entirely based on wanting to look like one of those women on LA Law (well it was the 80s) I spent the next decade trying to escape. 

Well I got my law firm partnership and then realized that I was completely tired of unhappy divorcing people shouting at each other and decided it was time to leave. To be a full time Mom. 

A few years, relocating to the US, 3 kids and a vacation home business at Disney World made me realize I had to get a grip of this online marketing thing.

So I started doing what I knew best. Researching how to be really good at something,  It has taken me many years to actually be  good at this online stuff though!

Now I run several blogs and online ventures,  managing to work with my husband without shouting too much for quite a bit of the time, have a great time on Squidoo, manage my Disney World Vacation Homes ,write a Disney Blog  and help others to make an income online. And travel a lot.  This online life allows me to split my time between California,Florida, England and a lot of places in between.
